FAIR WEEK CAMPING

Updated Information for fair campers

All applicants have been notified and invoiced to the email you provided on your application.
All campers must check in at the fair office August 10th beginning at noon to receive campground map and fair parking pass and camping pass.
Look for your invoice from fairbilling@bonnercountyid.gov to the email you provided on your 2025 application. Upon receipt of invoicing your payment is due. To pay online reply to fair billing you wish to pay online. Or, drop off or mail your check to the fair office to the address on your application. CASH PAYMENTS MUST BE IN EXACT AMOUNT OF YOUR INVOICE.
Failure to pay excludes you from camping at the fairgrounds during fair week. Any campers must show their camping permit to fair staff to verify you have paid. (permits are only given to those who paid and are only given at check in at the fair office Aug 10th.)
Your submission of application is not a guarantee that you will be given the area or space you desired. This means not every request for the rv park or other specified areas can be granted possibly due to high volume of applicants requesting the same areas. The fair board approves and assigns spaces based on priority and involvement with the fair according to their discretion. The boards decision is final.
