1. All applicants have been notified and invoiced.
2. The fair board approves and assigns spaces based on priority and involvement with the fair according to their discretion. The boards decision is final.
3. Your submission of application is not a guarantee that you will be given the area or space you desired. This means not every request for the rv park or other specified areas can be granted possibly due to high volume of applicants requesting the same areas.
4. Look for your invoice from fairbilling@bonnercountyid.gov to the email you provided on your 2025 application. Upon receipt of invoicing your payment is due. To pay online reply to fair billing you wish to pay online. Or, drop off or mail your check to the fair office to the address on your application. CASH PAYMENTS MUST BE IN EXACT AMOUNT OF YOUR INVOICE.
5. All campers must check in at the fair office August 10th beginning at noon to receive campground map and fair parking pass and camping pass.
