FAIR WEEK CAMPING

applying for fair camping is now closed.

  1. All applicants have been notified and invoiced to the email you provided on your application.
  2. Look for your invoice from fairbilling@bonnercountyid.gov to the email you provided on your 2025 application. Upon receipt of invoice your payment is due. To pay online, reply to fair billing that you wish to pay online. Or, drop off or mail your check to the fair office to the address on your application. CASH PAYMENTS MUST BE IN EXACT AMOUNT OF YOUR INVOICE.
  3. Failure to pay will exclude you from camping at the fairgrounds during fair week. Or you spot will be given to someone on the waitlist.
  4. Permits are only given to those who have been verified of payment and are only given out at the check in at the fair office Aug 10th.
  5. Your submission of application is and was not a guarantee that you will be given the area or space you desired. This means not every request for the rv park or other specified areas can be granted possibly due to high volume of applicants requesting the same areas or other. The fair board approves and assigns spaces based on priority and involvement with the fair according to their discretion. The fair boards decision is final. Complaints concerning the fair boards decision should be taken directly to the fair board at one of their monthly meetings.
  6. Please contact the fair office fairgrounds@bonnercountyid.gov to request to be put on the fair boards monthly meeting agenda. This is time sensitive. Please follow the guidelines for getting on the fair boards meeting agenda here fair board meeting information
