All vendors (returning and new) are required to submit an application yearly. No exceptions.
Never send payment with your application. If you send payment with your application without first receiving an invoice from our billing dept., your check will be returned.
We (the fair board, management, staff or authorized committees) never solicit applications or payments by "private messaging" on any social media platforms.( Facebook, Instagram or other.)
- All invoices will come from fairbilling@bonnercountyid.gov with complete instructions on how to remit payment due.
- We urge all vendors to have all necessary paperwork ready for submittal.
- Food vendors: all food related documents must be up to date with panhandle health prior to the fair or rodeo.
- All vendors are required to check in at the fair office on your designated set up day to receive your vendor parking or camping permit
Rodeo vendors:
- All Concessions and Vendors are required to carry $1,000,000.00 public liability insurance coverage. Proof of Insurance is not required at this time but will be required before your concessions set-up.
- Submission of application does not guarantee a space. Applications must be approved by the Rodeo Committee. You will be contacted if your application has been approved.
Fair vendors:
- Fair management does the approvals and selection of applications for the fair. Submitting of an application is not a guaranteed approval. You will be notified by fair personnel by email of the status of your application.
- Returning vendors who are in good standing with payments and adhering to vendor policies, will be notified by email when applications go live.
