*update 7/17/2025- All booth spaces are now full for indoor and outdoors. All concessions spots are full.
If you wish to apply as a vendor you will be placed on a waiting list. This is not a guarantee a space will become available before set up day for vendors. We will call you by
August 4th if a space becomes available.
Please do not call the fair office to apply. Download the vendor application on this page, fill out and bring to the fair office or email to us.
We (the fair board, management, staff or authorized committees) never solicit applications or payments by "private messaging" on any social media platforms. ( Facebook, Instagram or other.)
All vendors (returning and new) are required to submit an application yearly. No exceptions.
- Never send payment with your application. If you send payment with your application without first receiving an invoice, your check will be returned.
- All invoices are from fairbilling@bonnercountyid.gov with complete instructions on how to remit payment due.
- All applicants will be notified no later than July 21st as to the status of their application, We urge all vendors to have all necessary paperwork ready for submittal.
- Food vendors: all food related documents must be up to date with panhandle health prior to the fair or rodeo.
- All vendors are required to check in at the fair office on set up day to receive your parking permit (camping permit if you are an authorized fair camper) and vendor permit.
