At this time fair books are scheduled to go to print in May. We hope to have our printed fair books at the fair office and disbursed around town by end of June. We will also have the fair book in pdf form on this page.

- We will post on our website and social media when showorks will be live for open class exhibit entries.
- Don't worry! Paper entry tags will still be available in the fair office for those who choose not to participate in online entering of exhibits.
- Exhibit Entry dates for all static exhibitors:
- Static open class perishable and non perishable exhibits have different in person check in dates.
- Please read your fair book for dates and what is considered a perishable or non perishable item and plan accordingly. If an exhibitor has items in both categories you will need to enter items on dates specified. *NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Dept. Superintendents over non perishables items will only be onsite at the MEB on Saturday, August 9th (perishable items will not be permitted to be entered on this day)
- Dept. Superintendents over perishable items will only be onsite at the MEB on Monday, August 11th
- (non perishables will not be permitted to be entered on this day)
- Judging will begin at 8am for non perishable items on Monday August 11th and judging for perishables will begin by 12:30pm. Judging will be closed to the public.
